Boxercise Technique Tips – Week 1

Welcome to our boxercise technique course. In this course we will break down the basics of the each aspect of boxercise to allow you to improve your technique. This will keep you safe when taking part in classes, personal training or sparring with a friend. It will also help you get more out of your workouts.

Welcome to week 1, this week we will be focusing on footwork. This will cover how you stand, the pivot which should be used whenever the rear hand is used as well as how to movement. Movement covers stepping from side to side as well as forward and backward. Take your time when practising and you don’t have to keep up with the speed used in the video, the most important thing is to listen to the instructions
