Meet Nate

My story is one that I am sure many can relate to, I struggled for many years with low self esteem, lack of drive, excess weight and general unhappiness. My life largely revolved around computer games, fast food, whatever involved the least effort and as a result my physical and emotional health suffered significantly.

The turning point for me was when I decided to not let my colleagues taunts or my weight define me, so I took control. I gently built up my fitness level and started making time to fuel myself well. I have since shed 6 stone of fat from my body and developed a passion for exercise. This then lead me to qualify as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. I have an unwavering enthusiasm to support others in reaching their health and fitness potential in every aspect of their lives. For me making training sessions fun and enjoyable is key, whilst delivering real results.
